Just back from a beautiful, warm trip.

"Carnival" last weekend in San Felipe. Lots of people, games, fun and music.

No road improvement worth mentioning. Military check points still at Saldana and the Ensenada junction.

The Pemex in Puertecitos was out of gas. Will check on the status this weekend.

Sulfur baths were excellent. Lots of fishing -- should have a "catch" report next week. Don't forget your license if you're going.

The small restaurant at about km 70 (Campo Cesar) is open as well as the Conosupo in Puertecitos; lots of cold beer along the way and spectacular scenery ... life is good. Observing a few "bugs" so we know there's good weather happening. Hasta luego ......
